SEO and PPC services where results depend on external factors like search engine algorithms or ad bidding processes.
Work that has been completed and delivered as per the scope of the project (e.g., website design, social media campaigns).
Third-party fees (e.g., ad spend, software licenses, or platform fees) that are paid on your behalf.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

Contact us within 14 days of the issue occurring.
Provide clear documentation or reasons for requesting the refund, outlining the nature of the dispute.
Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
